Clearwav

Terms of Service

Last updated October 2026

Clearwav is an artist-first mixing and mastering studio founded and run by Dominik Dale in Sydney, Australia. We help artists finish their records, offering mixing, mastering, additional production, vocal engineering and songwriting, with a process that puts the music first. These Terms of Service govern your use of the clearwav.com.au website and the services we offer. By submitting a vision brief or engaging our services you agree to these terms.

Services

Clearwav provides mixing, mastering, and additional production services for music creators. The scope, deliverables, and pricing of each project are confirmed individually before work begins. Any pricing shown on the site is indicative and may vary based on the work a project requires.

Engagement & payment

Projects are confirmed once a vision brief is reviewed and we have agreed scope and pricing with you. Payment terms, including deposits or milestone payments, are set out when a project is quoted. Work is considered complete once final masters or mixes are delivered to you unless otherwise agreed.

Revisions

Where a service includes revisions, the number and scope of revisions is agreed before work begins. Revision rounds are intended to refine a mix or master toward the agreed direction, not to restart a project with a new brief.

Your content & rights

You confirm that you own or have the right to use any audio, stems, or references you provide to us, and that engaging our services does not infringe the rights of any third party. You retain ownership of your music. Clearwav may list completed projects in its credits and discography unless you request otherwise.

Limitation of liability

Clearwav provides its services on a reasonable-skill-and-care basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you engage our services applies to that engagement.
